Return & Refund Policy

At Adisa Mode Wholesale, operated by Santosha Beachwear Clothing Private Limited , we take great care to ensure that all products meet our strict standards of quality and workmanship before dispatch. As we primarily operate on a wholesale and made-to-order basis, our return and refund terms differ from standard retail policies.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Since orders are generally customized, bulk-packed, or processed as per buyer specifications, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The items received are incorrect, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

The issue is reported to us within 3 working days of delivery, along with clear photographs or inspection reports.

The goods are unused, unwashed, and in the original condition in which they were received.


Note: Slight variations in shade, size, or hand finish are normal in textile products and are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom logo or private-label orders

Special fabric dye-lots, pre-production samples, or clearance stock

Orders processed under export contracts or special packaging requests


3. Return Process
If a return is approved:

1. You will receive written confirmation from Santosha Beachwear Clothing Private Limited  with return authorization.


2. The goods must be shipped back within 7 working days of approval.


3. All returns must include original packaging, invoice copy, and authorization reference.



Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refunds & Replacements
After inspection and quality verification of returned items:

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or credit note within 10–14 working days.

In most cases, we prefer to replace the defective product(s) or issue an equivalent credit adjustment for future orders.


5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your shipment arrives with visible damage or shortage:

Notify our logistics team immediately and mark it on the delivery note before accepting the goods.

Share photographs or courier inspection reports to support your claim.
